Delivery reference does not exist?

When I go to the citylink site to see if my parcel has arrived at the depot it gives me this message> "Job Number '*edited*' Does Not Exist"

Its been about 4 hours since the dispatch time given to me so the reference should be up. I was hoping the parcel would arrive at the depot(which is not far from where I live) this afternoon so I could maybe go pick it up but I don't know whether its there or not and seems like I won't be able to if the job doesn't exist.

Could someone from scan please check on this as I would really like to get my parcel ASAP.

Edit: You may want to get rid of your reference number in case unscrupulous people try and intercept your goods or something. Some people have no scruples. I like saying "scruples".

We can confirm the parcel was shipped out today ( 28 Dec 2007 ), the City Link web site will be updated shortly so you can track the progress of the order.

Thanks will be at Citylink tomorrow morning to see if I can pick it up... will the reference be enough for me to pick it up?

Possibly, but I'd take your drivers license or passport, or a utility bill.
