Would it not be a great sign of goodwill if Scan upheld the order with the offer of a suitable replacement of a greater value in lue of compensation, keep the customer happy they will always return time after time. ps it may also wake Scan up a little to manage stock shortfalls a little better.
'Wake scan up a bit' that seems somewhat unfair. IIRC they were overhaulling there systems etc, so something is being done.
Are you one of the customers that is waiting for stock to arrive to complete your order, when you look around at other suppliers they have stock ,i purchase from Scan every time and until now have never been let down but i "yes me" feel that this should not happen in todays society there is procedures in place to moniter stock at the most basic firms so why should Scan with such awards fall short .
Could someone confirm that this is order has been sorted now and that the order will be dispatched in time for a weekend build.
