With reference to RMA****** it arrived today the 14th by City link at your address, would it be possible to give me any idea of how long it may be before sorted and sent back thanks guy's 1st class service up to now Alan.(lets hope you can sort it out for me)

rma was completed yesterday and Is ready to be shipped tonite as far as i can tell!

Yep got reply thanks awaiting despatch all the rest done, faulty mobo no replacement mobo of same type so re-ordered on sales recomendations a different one, free postage also which was in stock to order to now get an email that its out of stock,(01406686) what was 1st class has turned out to be just on par with all the rest, second rate ! i will still use scan and do rate them i also do expect things to go t+ts up now and again but never thought it would be me 2wice on the trott..
