Can I have a update on my RMA/replacement?

    Hi,

I RMA my motherboard which died off early last month (luckily it was still under warranty).

You received the motherboard on the 14th (14/02/08) and tested it. Finding the trouble was "Powers no display".

Stages 5 & 6 when through in a matter of minutes and its currently at stage 7 (Completed).

On the 15th I received a email saying the outgoing invoice had been created and payment authorised.

["Your Estimated Despatch Date is 15 February 2008"]
I thought 'yes I'll have my system up and running by the weekend'.

Its now the 6th of March and I the invoice is still not moved past stage 2.

I did send 2 query's against the invoice and have yet to have any reply. (One was sent just over a week ago, the other a few days ago)

If someone could please tell me what the issue is and how long I'm going to have to wait I would be very grateful.

    Thanks,

    Joe

    Ps. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to post this or not, but as I can't pm;

    RMA: 176483
    Invoice number: 0001419421

The part in question is a ASUS M2N-E (non sli motherboard).

The invoice status still hasn't changed and I've heard no replys from Scan, either via email or these forums.

Come on guys this is getting silly, its been a nearly a month since you received the item.

Please can I get an update.

Re: Can I have a update on my RMA/replacement?

You have to have over 20 posts or something, it tells you in a sticky exactly how many, but from my failing memory I think its less than the number you need for free carriage, so reply to us and tell us something interesting then soon u can PM!
