Just pre-ordered a Q9450... So where is the confirmation?

I just this second ordered a Q9450 off Scan. However I have not received an email to confirm this nor does my account suggest that I have pre-ordered anything...


Is this normal?

Out of interest why have I not got anything in the outstanding products section? I ordered it on the 17th, it's been confirmed by email and all, shows up in my orders...that does mean it's all ok, right?

Ordered mine on the 5th and my "outstanding products" is empty also,my order is in "view previous orders".

My card has been charged (yesterday). Looks like it may have been shipped, or ready to be shipped. Here's hoping... :-)

Scan are a bit tight-lipped on the forums here (re: Q9450)... unless there has indeed been no developments.

I have. They basically put your money into a holding account ready to be used when payment is authorized.

If you order via telephone, items do not show up in your 'account bit' on line.

Its only web orders that you can see there.

It still does not show up in that outstanding section but instead in previous orders now.
