I have No faith with Scan's website

    Hi All,

Has any one else been having any problems with Scan showing items in stock on there online website but not getting your items picked or delivered out to you? It's just that I have been waiting for my Coolermaster fans for weeks now yet the website says they are back in stock.

I have phoned on two occasions to mention it and the first time I was told it was an input error, which I was OK with. Then I checked the next day and it was out of stock. Then a couple of days later their site says it is back in stock. So I phoned up for the second time to see if I was getting my items sent out and I was told that they are not in stock.

They did say that they would get some one to have a look at the website being updated or fixed but I have checked today on the website and guess what, it is in stock and my order has not been picked.

I now have no faith with Scan's website being up to date with stock issues ......... the staff are friendly though.

    Regards Craig

    Sorry about the two treads.....

It's just that the website keeps saying it is in stock and out of stock all of the time and I am not getting my Coolermaster fans. Wouldn't you be upset if you haven't received your items when they are showing in stock?

Re: I have No faith with Scan's website

    it depends.

if there is a backlog of people trying to get them, then you have to wait.
i wouldnt be getting coolermaster fans anyway, theres much better for around the same price.

If there is a back log than they shouldn't show the items in stock?

What would you recommend? They need to have blue LED's, 120mm fan and quiet. :-)

Re: I have No faith with Scan's website

but if they get stock, register the stock, then they pick the goods, it would display as in stock between registering and picking.

but in all fairness to you, scan don't have a vast range of fans... no 140mm or things... have a browse around for 120mm led fans.
and why do you want led fans?

It's just that I have a blue LED Keyboard and Blue LED Razer Copperhead mouse and the case power button is also blue. :-)

Thanks, it just that Scan are doing a good deal on these Coolermaster fans.....

Re: I have No faith with Scan's website

That's a good question, but as I am buying 4 of them the quieter the better and moving enough air around the case to cool it.

Re: I have No faith with Scan's website

what about these.. okay so they don't have blue LED's, but trust me, thats not always a good thing, they can get a bit tedious after a while,(my case has 2 LED fans and blue LED bubble tube)
why not go for these which are still blue, and have the same look but are less annoying, they are also quieter and have a higher airflow here

Re: I have No faith with Scan's website

its all down to personal preference, if you want a quiet pc like i do, it comes at a price, for some noctua p12s, £12 each, nice and quiet, have fairly good airflow.
