    Tech support?

    hello,

    I've been having some problems recently with my 3XS system, so I contacted Ben Smith. I was eventually told to try something out to try and fix the problem. I send another message to Ben about it. This was two weeks ago, but haven't had a reply yet. I sent another email on Tuesday to Ben, but I still had no success. I've tried phoning tech support a couple of times, but despite leaving my details as asked, I don't get a call back. Should I be using the normal tech support address? Ben has handled most of the problems I've had with the system?

    What's going on guys?

    Ben's been on holiday this week. I've spoken to Sanjay and he has been checking all of Bens Phone and E-mail messages and answered all that have been received.

    In Ben's absence your best bet is to call Sanjays line directly. I will PM you a direct contact number to speak to him now.

    I tried calling him today, but all I got was the "All lines are busy" message. I did not get the option to leave a message.

    Well mine cetainly weren't answered...

    As I couldn't get in touch with Sanjay, it looks like I'll just have to wait until Ben get's back.

    I sent you an email before I went on holiday regarding the sound crackling issue in Vista, did you get this email? If so have you tried the new drivers and Alchemy drivers as advised?

    You sent me the one with the drivers a while before you left. You then sent me another one asking me to try it in audio creation mode, which I replied to, but it appears you were away at this time (this was nearly 3 weeks ago I think), so I didn't get a reply. Do you need me to send another copy of the email?
