I've been having some problems recently with my 3XS system, so I contacted Ben Smith. I was eventually told to try something out to try and fix the problem. I send another message to Ben about it. This was two weeks ago, but haven't had a reply yet. I sent another email on Tuesday to Ben, but I still had no success. I've tried phoning tech support a couple of times, but despite leaving my details as asked, I don't get a call back. Should I be using the normal tech support address? Ben has handled most of the problems I've had with the system?
What's going on guys?
