    Order Dispatch Prioritisation

    Hi,

    I'm just wondering how orders get prioritised ?

    Only reason I'm asking is that I have an order from yesterday afternoon which I am hoping will ship today since the earliest delivery date it gave me was Friday.

    Seems to me you guys are getting a lot of orders and are unable to meet despatch demand since the last couple of orders have taken a couple of days to be dispatched, and the one before had a delayed order.

    I've ordered my latests items from Scan because of the service I get from you guys. The latest purchase would have been £6 cheaper at Ebuyer, but I decided to stick with Scan. I've been shopping with you guys for many many more years than the online purchase history shows...

    Listy is correct on this instance

    The timescale has slipped slightly due to us coming back into the offices on Tuesday to have all the following orders from Saturday, Sunday, and early Monday to pick.

    Please be aware that Citylink do not collect from us on Saturdays as well so this is why there is a small delay this week. I can vouch that the warehouse team are working their hardest in order to get everything back to normal shortly.

    I think the last couple of weeks have been quite busy for you guys, not just this week.

    On another note. My order from yesterday has still not been picked. I do hope there is no hold up on it.

    I ordered one day before you and it's still not sent. I was quoted Thursday, nothing turned up and have now been told I won't have it Friday either pushing it back till next week

    That seems quite a bit of a wait. Have you been told what the delay is ?

    I ordered Wednesday afternoon.

    It looks like they have a very large backlog.

    Well, it's now gone 8pm on Tuesday evening and my order still hasn't been picked.

    TBH, I've now lost all faith.

    From an order placed Wednesday morning, it's now a week / 5 working days and it still hasn't been picked.

    Chris, I PMed you the invoice number on Friday but haven't heard anything from you either by PM or email. And nothing has progressed.

    I will give your CS a call tomorrow, but I will be pretty annoyed about it! Over the last few years, I've spent over 11 grand but I fear this will be my last order.
