How Long to find my Replacement Motherboard?
Hi guys
I recently order the P5K SE Motherboard from Scan and it turned out to be faulty. I RMA'ed it, and it has been verified faulty by one of the Scan team. Now the process seem's to be stuck on 'Awaiting Replacement'.
I'm not familiar with RMAs, so I may be being very impatient. However I can see that Scan have several of these very Motherboards in stock, so why can't they just dispatch one? At the moment I have no computer apart from a rubbish laptop, and I'm not very happy!
I'm obviously missing something fairly obvious, it'd be greatly appreciated if someone could fill me in on how this process works!

Ah just sounds like something has been forgotten ; just give 'em a call and speak to the RMA team they should be able to arrange a replacement next day.

Like said just give them a buzz on Monday (if they are open on bank holidays that is) if not 9am Tues and they will sort it out for you, possibly something that has been overlooked as they are pretty busy.

Ah cheers guys, I'll ring them on Monday. Does anyone know if Scan are open on bank holidays?
