CITYLINK strike again!!!!

I have been awake all day today and been eagerly awaiting the arrival of my order from scan but it never arrived.

I checked on CITYLINK's site and they say no-one was home to receive the delivery which is total BULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no card nothing. Just left at home without delivery and without a way to retrieve it as well because I received no card!

There is no way I could of missed the delivery because the road leading to my house is one way and its on a farm so there is no traffic. So when anyone comes up the road I know about it.

Its absolutely pathetic that they think they can just not bother to deliver the item!

Seems like theres a lot of complaints about City Link recently. I am still recieving my stuff fine so far though.

It would be nice if we could have the option of Royal Mail Special Delivery as well as City Link though.

Yeah at least royal mail actually attempt to do the delivery and not just skip your house because there isn't enough time... I could go through all the names under the sun to describe the fury targeted at CITYLINK right now. Now I have to sit for 4 days without what I expected to arrive on time before my Birthday.

I'm running spikes for the next delivery and heaven help the next citylink employee I meet.

Royal Mail is the only courier that has never failed to deliver a parcel on time when ive opted for next day delivery.

I hope not because I ordered some OCZ Flex II ram from the devils, and they were giving saturday delivery for the same price as next day delivery today.

Apparently it is but for my Birthday my father and I are having a round of golf. Tee off time is 9am which is when they open and they close at 12pm so there is no way I can get the parcel before next week now.

i'm in the same boat, minus the golf and because its a bank holiday im not going to get my parts till tuesday or wednesday , and considering i've been waiting for more than 2 months for them, i'm not happy with city link

I actually had citylink knocking on my door at 8am with my delivery,could of atleast let me have an extra hour in bed.

This happened to me on my last order too..... hate sitting around ALL day to find that nothing gets delivered, and then when i have to go out the next day i come home and find a card saying that i missed my delivery

City Link and Royal mail are fine in Bristol, with RM just taking the edge for service.
