Can two pairs of these work together over the same wires?

Hi Scan guys,
Just wondering if you know whether two of these will work simulatenously. I have two different locations where I need connectivity. So if I connect two of these to the router and one to each location, will they be able to work properly? (I.e. are the frequencies adjustable?)

Just one to the router and 2 and the locations should be sufficient - from my understanding of powerline networking.
