There are some circumstances when a GX2 *might* be better, but generally yes, the GTX 280 is the fastest card out now.
To repeat what I've said before ....
"Pricing is real time, therefore new stocks may come in at different prices...."
Perhaps you should add that to your sig too

how quick did these all go there are only 2 GTX 280s left (the particular cards not the actual stocks ofcourse). When will more be coming in?
