I asked for a deal on the Razer Deathadder mouse, last month I think and got a reply for a better deal asking me to phone up if I wanted to go ahead. I decided not to go with it at the time.
Anyway I have requested the mouse again, but with other stuff this time too. What I want to know is if I get a reply asking me to phone up to take up any offer, do I still get free hexus delivery on orders over the phone like that?

Do what everyone else does- send a request, if there's enough requests, it may get selected.

And - as far as I know - the carriage also applies for telephone orders. (I'm sure Chris will correct me later if I'm wrong)

I couldn't get free hexus delivery (at the time, no idea if it's changed but I doubt it has because these are "special discounted prices") because the prices were special discounted prices. It was about £1 or less off 2 hdd's and some other things. Silly me in a rush accepted the order. Then went back and was told I could get delivery free and it'd be no problem. Seems they got confused and I still got charged for delivery which made the prices not so special and cost more than just ordering normal hdd's from the site. You'll have to wait till it pops on today only.

But the problem got sorted in the end anyway so good on Scan for that.
