I returned a hard drive - that was faulty - it arrived as a new item on Monday, you got it back today and tested it at 1.30pm as faulty - but a replacement hasn't been dispatched? Surely the replacement should have gone out today and be on it's way for delivery so that it gets here tomorrow? (Friday)
If it's not going to get here tomorrow - can I arrange to collect the replacement from the store?
