The original invoice for the above order was taken on the 18th of June, i requested a saturday delivery, originally on the 28th of June.
Due to a graphics card being out of stock and subsequently discontinued the order was delayed. I was emailed by the very friendly Dawn on the 28th and selected a replacement card. I requested delivery for the next saturday (5th, tomorrow), as I am working during the week, and not usually able to collect any large parcels due to my only transport being two wheels.
Happy so far
Everything has been in stock for the last week and yet you have failed to pick and send out the order on time, dispite having a weeks notice. I would like to point out I paid almost £25 for a saturday delivery service.
Unfortunatly am now not going to be home for the next two weekends (a wedding and holiday respectivly), so saturday delivery is likely to result in a lovely "while you were out card".
Please could you refund the difference between the Saturday delivery and the normal next working day and just attempt the delivery during the week. I'll have to figure out a way of getting it from the Citylink office.
