hi, about 18months ago i brought an XFX8800GTS 320mb graphics card from scan, yesterday it stopped working i have been told it should still be under warranty and i should RMA it but i cannot find my receipt

i was told to post here and see if anyone could help me out.

Lucky those cards aren't EOL yet you would be getting quite a small amount back after that 18months of use

It's months old, I'm surprised they haven't all been put into a retirement home, we all know how quick things move in this market.

hi thanks for the help, i cannot get the invoice number etc from my account as i cannot log into scan.co.uk for some reason

I am sure they can reverse lookup from the serial number on the card, they did it on a mobo for me a while back, highly impressive records system.

Probably they will ask for you to post or pm your real name and address etc and they can help you get the details if you do have an online account.
