RMA on a faulty TG1100 BZ

    Hi,

Purchased a tagan TG1100 BZ on 2nd Aug, despatched 4th, think i recieved on 5th.

Was too busy with work to install it straight away. When I did get around to installing it, I found it kept tripping the RCD in the house.

After a changing it round, making sure all cables were in ok, and nothing touching anything that it shouldn't, found there was no power going to the USB devices, so it wouldn't power up as keyboard was not recognised.

On changing back to my old tagan unit, found that everything was ok and running as it used to.

Just wondering who is responsible for the return shipping costs, as parcel force were asking around the £20 mark.

    Many thanks

    Ryan

If it is faulty and under warranty, inside 30 days since purchase, Scan will pay for collection.
