Hi
We have an outstanding order from the 5th August - Our purchasing dept are chasing the supplier know and I should have an update for you shortly.
Best Regards
The Xonar DX/XD cards should be with us today.
On a related subject; I've got one of these on pre-order, but I've just found out that they aren't Linux compatible, which is a pain for me. Am I right in thinking that I'm not committed to buying and could choose to cancel the order?

Sure the order can be cancelled for a full refund, you will need to do this before the order is completed otherwise you would loose the carriage charges, but of course the cost of the card will be refunded.
Best Regards
It's on preorder, so we haven't put our payment details in yet.
I'll just do some more research as to whether a fix is forthcoming, as I really want the card but use Ubuntu to listen to most of my music.
Also, could you clarify the difference between the normal DX and the DX/XD?
BTW; many thanks for the prompt delivery of my order which arrived today. Another happy customer.

It is a specific issue with the DX; just google Xonar DX Ubuntu and see what I mean.
Any idea when Scan will get the D1, as the inference seems to be that the issue is with the PCI/PCI-e bridge chip, and therefore a D1 shouldn't be a problem.
Just went to order it this morning and noticed that it still wasn't in stock and wondered when it would be as i've got a couple of days off an would ideally like to order it so it arrives whilst i'm not at work
