Thread: Something wrong with my Scan Account.

    Something wrong with my Scan Account.

    The last four orders and the current 2 orders had not sent confirmation emails or appeared in my order history. Also I've had to call up everytime to sort this. I've mentioned that fact that this has happened more than once but they just say its a error. While before my confirmation used to come through straight away. I also dont know if my payments has gone through correctly and should I expect my 2 orders to come to my door on tuesday. I ordered twice on friday evening just after the phone line closed. I'm a little confused on why this keeps happening.

    I've checked into this and it appears that you are NOT doing the Verify By Visa verification and as such this is the reason why you are not getting the "PAYMENT" emails as we are having to manual process the payment and because we give this information verbally with the customer on the phone, the email doesn't go out.

    Simple rule to this is if you want all the notifications, process the payment and go through the VBV system and you'll get the email.

    ahh ok, I just thought that was one of those optional security choices, do I have to call now, and will I get my items tommorow just like I ordered?
