Hey, i did this on mty previous order with scan, but i forgot now :/

What is the Customer reference for city link? - City Link Job No is the consigment order/we (atleast im sure of it)

There is no need for the customer reference all you need is the City Link Job Reference which generally looks like ASI99999 or similar when tracking using the city-link.co.uk website.
