Free delivery (not the hexus scheme) question

A while back I placed an order for a Ideazon Merc Keyboard there was some issues (turned out the site had incorrectly stated it was in stock when it wasn't) so I cancelled the order and got this in the cancellation email.

As a gesture of goodwill in light of the problems you had, we'd like to offer you a free standard UK carriage if you are able to come back to us again. To redeem this discount please ring your next order through to our Sales Dept on 0871 472 4747 (option 2) and quote your invoice number above.

Its there anyway to get this free delivery via the website?
Yes I know it sounds like a dumb idea as the message say you have to call.

If I can't its not exactly a big deal, but I would like to know if there is anyway.

I'm afraid the system online does not allow for OLQ references for free carriage and as such they would need to be placed verbally via the phone ordering system.

However you're close to being allowable for the Hexus promotion soon - so it's all a mute point

On a similiar note, I think that instead of the hexus free delivery thing, instead we should get a discount of (I think) £6.70 or so. The free delivery is great, but it only applies to standard delivery, when you have to use Saturday delivery or next day delivery it can really hurt so it would be nice if there was just a general discount amount for hexus users.

He means if you use the today only offers you will save more then if you had simply got £6.70 or the price of standard delivery off.

For example, on todays only offers yesterday there was a Wolf King keybaord at half price (8 quid discount)

I picked up two, and with the money I saved with my Hexus free shipping covered a fan controller and HDD vibe fixer to bring it over the £20 minimum, so all in all I actually saved about £25.

Not bad considering only paid £25 quid ish anyway!
