    Trouble saving basket

Hi, i'm going to be upgrading my system shortly and am having trouble saving my basket on the website. If I close the page and i reload scan my basket is empty again. I was wondering if I need to change some settings in IE or is this normal because a few other sites I browse for pc components keep your basket items saved. Thanks

    Re: Trouble saving basket

The older site 'sometimes' did this, but it seemed to be very hit and miss.. If it does it i dont think it by design

    Re: Trouble saving basket

On firefox this is true for some at least:
It resets your basket every time today only is updated as people were storing today only items for weeks.
I myself was guilty of this and loved it. Since I used to line up a load of items to save on delivery. But now it doesn't matter since I get it free using HeXus .

    Re: Trouble saving basket

Is there a setting somewhere to save the basket, or should it happen automatically? From what this thread says, it seems it might not work in Firefox, and I've found that using Firefox my basket seems to vanish. So I was wondering if it is possible to save the basket between sessions if logged into scan? I'm in the process of deciding which parts to buy, and I find it convenient to keep them in my basket until I've decided on which ones.

If I'm being unobservant/stupid, sorry, but I can't see an option anywhere!

    Thanks,
    Jonathan
