Scanshop out of date/stock issues.

Hi, As requested by scan, I am uploading screen shots of where I can still see products being advertised as in stock where as they are not.. I also assume the pricing information is outdated too.

Its the scan shop page. Add items to your basket, they show up as in stock when they are not.. - image 3 shows this.







I hope this is enough information, as it is not my pc/isp/browser as suggested.
Please amend your site asap.. it has taken me numerous phone calls - and non of your staff believe me.

I can see the issue- EG

LN 23626 - through the categories is listed correctly as pre-order, through the shop offer page this item also shows as pre-order through the Information link but when you click buy from the Shop offer page the product shows as in stock?

We are resolving this issue now ..

I was told the BCL usb hub LN17889 http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=559759 is out of stock but its still shown as instock even after a few days. Just thought id add this because people will be ordering delayed orders, as the email told me eta is 14/10.

BTW: still great service apart from this minor issue.
