    Question I'm still waiting!

    For my replacement Saitek Eclipse Keyboard II !
    RMA Number: 191466. I was told today that it would be in the post and with me by the morning but that is not to be!

    I sent it back last week and it was tested on Wednesday, I phoned Friday and also today.
    I know you have staffing problems but I now think I have waited long enough.
    Please could you find out what is happening.

    Hi,

    I can confirm I have requested your replacement is shipped today for delivery tomorrow.

    Can I just add that we advise that all RMA's are dealt with normally within 3 to 5 working days of the faulty goods being booked in and tested by our testing staff.

    The faulty goods were collected from you on Tuesday last week the 28th, booked in by our staff on Wednesday 29th and tested the same day. I believe there was a slight problem in that the fault reported wasn't picked up immediately by our testing staff as the fault description from your self was a little unclear. This was later re-tested after further information from you and the fault was then confirmed.

    I appreciate it is frustrating to purchase and receive faulty goods however I think a 3 - 5 day turnaround is acceptable please also consider the free shipping you receive is part of the Hexus free carriage deal

    I do appreciate that I get free shipping and I was aware of some staff difficulties.
    I am generally very happy with Scan's services and will be back for more purchased in the very near future.
    I will try to be more patient in the future.
