    Razer Lycosa - Need Help

I got it, spent £50 on it, but, its starting to annoy me.

Its a great keyboard, but, the enter key doesnt seemr giht, if i hit it on the side, it is stiff to go in. It seems slightly bent, not flat, can wobble, which would cause it. I sent an email to razer, they said to deal with the retailer.

Its a small issue, but its annoying :@ - What can i do about it?

You have to understand, when i spend alot of money on something which could be cheaper, i expect it to be good, yes, if i dont like tit tough, but if it doesnt work as expected, thats not what i want.

The keys dont seem to be removable, and im sure an RMA would be sent right back to me, incurring charges or something, so, im stuck

At the top of the enter key, it is very very stiff on the side, at the bottom its abit better, but, what to do - Its based on a spring from what i can see, so cant remove it as id just break it

It's used, so i guess a refund is out of the equation too.

Um I have the Razor Reclusa (well Microsoft Reclusa but its made by Razor) This also has issue's with the keys and it will register that you have pressed the key twice even if you didn't so I could type:

hello and it will register as heelllo so it messes up. It has done this one three PC's so far for every three or four words in a sentence.

Must say I am not impressed with Razor gear, I should of stuck with Logitech

Re: Razer Lycosa - Need Help

My serial number isnt, its MT083.

Its annoying, ive emailed razer, they said deal with the retailer, hence im asking to scan.

What can be done its annoying, i dont expect a keyboard to be like that, not in that price range, it was baught to replace a faulty dell oem, now even that seems to be better, even in its faulty state where many keys would not budge.

    What can be dopnme?

So, if i do rma, will it get checked properly or whatever? its minor but damn annoying! - thats the concern, i dont want to get charged for delivery and no keyboard for another few weeks :/
