I placed an order for a new i7 3xs system this time last week (17nov) and got an email with in a couple of hours informing me that my order had been passed to the relevant department for checking. Since then I have heard nothing and my online order status is still showing as "payment authorised" does this sound the norm?
I know you're probably busy but this is my first time dealing with Scan and just wanted to check that everything was progressing ok.
