Does this sound right?

I placed an order for a new i7 3xs system this time last week (17nov) and got an email with in a couple of hours informing me that my order had been passed to the relevant department for checking. Since then I have heard nothing and my online order status is still showing as "payment authorised" does this sound the norm?

I know you're probably busy but this is my first time dealing with Scan and just wanted to check that everything was progressing ok.

Your system is currently waiting to be booked into system build; we are extremely busy at the moment due to the massive demand of the X58 Core i7 system.
