Better + More bundle deals packs

    Hi,
Just having a scan at the SCAN bundle mix it, (terrible pun) bundle package = £610.02 (at 15% VAT) total

    separate items
    Intel i7920 = £229.11 (Today retail version!)

    Gigabyte GA-EX58-DS4 = £187.02 (Today Price)

    TR3X6G1600C9 - 6GB (3x2GB) Corsair XMS3 DDR3, PC3-12800 (1600MHz), 240 Pin, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 9-9-9-24 = £230.29 (Today Price - Yes I checked the speed is the same etc)

Thats a grand total saving of £36.40 - I would like to see more of these bundle package deals if possible, perhaps even a full system build with a copy of the OS etc...

Please can you look into this, or mention to themanwhocan@scan.co.uk I am SURE it would be popular option for self builders like myself and help to keep postal costs down etc..

The other option is to buy each part as it appears on the Today only list and waste SCAN's money on multiple "free post" deliveries !
    Thanks,
    Matt

Our Today Only page only is still using % 17.5 VAT, we are resolving this issue with an update shortly.

Re: Better + More bundle deals packs

    Ahhh thats what it was,
Thanks for the 17.5% clarification Chris

The point I was trying to make was "can we have a parts bundle option" similar to the pre-made selector with a good deal on the overall package?

in other words you get a saving if you buy 3 - 5 compatible items at the same time...rather than just 2 for example todays mix it is a 1TB Harddrive and 4GB Corsair memory why not

    PSU + MoBo + Memory + CPU + Cooler + Vista?

But you get the option to select from a list - SCAN wins due to the higher units / transaction and delivery, I win because I know everything is compatible and at a amazing price overall....this would encourage more people to buy the full lot rather than pic from different eTailers based on being a few quid cheaper. SCAN become the 1 stop shop!
    Cheers,
    Matt
