Earlier this month I purchased a Sharkoon Gaming mouse for my mate. He simply needed a grenade button and I couldn't be doing with waiting by the doors in CoD4 for him to flash/bang the room while he remembered which keyboard button it was
I have a Sharkoon...it rocks.
New one arrived, it didn't work. It did sometimes, but not everytime. Maddening, but I have a spare mouse, so I gave him my one and RMA'd the broken one.
12/12 RMA entered into Scan Website. No phone call required. Brief explanation

I wrapped it up well in card and bubble wrap (I had wrecked the box opening it...sorry Scan!) and
15/12 Postoffice Proof of delivery, second class £1.96 later and it's off on it's way.
