Anyone know they're xmas opening hours? specifcally are they open tomorrow? (I know c/s would probably have an automated message but no landline and my mobile fails on 0871 type numbers, so screw that!
Managed to cock up an order bigtime using my oldmans card (different address etc) and don't wanna miss out on the today only thingey when it gets rejected etc. So really hoping some nice person there will be available to take pity and fix it for me.

As much as it pains me, will have to I reckons. Cost a damnsite more if I miss the offer.
They should deffinetly update that order thingey though, everywhere else I use take friends and familys cards fine, you just amend the invioce address or whatever on the shipping/payment screen.
What kind of card was it?
Scan (and their payment processing partners) will only accept debit cards if the orders are being delivered to the card holders address. Credit cards orders however can have their delivery address changed.
Although I don't know how it copes with using a card that has a different billing address to the main account holders. I've not had to do that before.

Was a Visa debit. Funny thing was the system took the order fine, mentioned verfied by Visa but went straight through. Was only on the comfirmation page the name and delivery address was Dads but the invioce name and address was still mine. Clutching at straws I did change the invioce name and address on my account afterwards LOL!. Was half alseep at the time, but not an excuse for being that soft in the head!
All sorted, guess updating the account details etc did the trick as had the payment authorised email. Now will it be here for Monday or not LOL! (http://forums.hexus.net/scan-care-he...e-through.html)
