OCZ SSD questions

Hi!

I am looking to upgrade my system's hdd to an OCZ SSD.
I have read over OCZ forums that many people have problems with the Core series.
I read OCZ's announcement on Vertex series

that are supposed to not have any suttering problems.

I would like to know if you have any ETA for OCZ Apex SSDs and if you know their estimated prices.
I just found that overclockers.co.uk has the 60Gb for £207 for pre-order now. Is this the price I should expect from scan as well? ( I am asking cause overclockers.co.uk is known to overprice pre-orders).

I already have some other items on my basket with scan and I am waiting to see if it's worth waiting to buy an Apex ssd as well.

Finally, if I suffer from suttering problems will Scan offer me a full refund (of course within the 30-days periods)?

I am afraid of buying an OCZ ssd because of all the trouble Core series customers have suffered.

To be more accurate, I want to buy 1 or 2 of those drives. I am sure that within 2-3 days of delivery I will be able to decide if they have any shuttering problems or not. Will scan offer me a full refund in this case?
