the item im waiting for wont be in stock till mid feb, so i would like to cancel the whole order.
i might reorder at a later date.

The forum is more for general enquiries - but if you need something like a cancellation of an order doing, you're better advised to either ring the customer services team directly - or to log a query on the site (as SIm says) - otherwise before we get chance to look at the query, the order could have been shipped to you.

This forum is more for presales enquires and non-urgent requests - it doesn't specifically say that anywhere though, maybe there should be a sticky

j1979 - Feel free to post on the SCAN forum for whatever query you may have so we can advise and help you to the best of our ability.

For canceled order's it is the best option to use the support link online but there is no harm is asking and more importantly could we possibly advise a suggested replacement for the item you have ordered?

as for the order i will most likley reorder in march, but im moving house soon and need to cut down on clutter for the big move...

the OCZ vertex, does look like a nice peice of kit, i read on the OCZ forum that it was delayed due to firmware update issues.

no company has perfect customer service, but i have to say Scan come closest to perfect!
