    Upgrading Free Delivery

Don't get me wrong i love the free Scan delivery we get a Hexus but i couldn't help but find a small fault with it.

I've noticed that if i want to upgrade my free delivery to before 12, shall we say, it seems i have to pay the full price of it instead of getting a discount for already having free delivery.

I think that a much better option would be you subtract the the cost of the free delivery you get already from the total upgraded one.

So say that before 12 was £15
and the standard delivery we get for free was £10
    it should be 15 -10=5.
So we only pay an extra £5.

I hope you take it onboard Scan and thanks for all the excellent service you've given me!

Online yes ..... I'll pass this feedback onto the programming dept

    Over the phone - no

If you need a delivery upgrade - Just place your order online and then contact Customer Services who will verify that free carriage is applicable and then upgrade to the premium delivery option and only charge you the difference.

Alternatively you can of course place order's via the sales line

    Best Regards
