Which Samsung 1TB HDDs to buy with Netgear ReadyNAS Duo?

I'm looking at getting the Netgear ReadyNAS Duo from Scan:

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Netge...S-(Empty-Case)

I want to put 2 x 1TB Samsung drives in it but there seems to be 2 versions of the standard 1TB drive on the Scan site. One is marked as 'Raid Class' (HE103UJ):

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Product.aspx?WebProductId=952231

And one isn't - I have one of these in my PC (HD103UJ):

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/1TB-S...ache-89-ms-NCQ

Which do I need for the NAS? Do I have to go for the more expensive 'Raid Class' version if I want to use RAID 1 with the NAS, or can I use the cheaper version?

    Thanks for any help...
