Have you been shooting the customers again?

thought i'd finally get this mobo issue of mine out of the way. so i had a mosey on up to the store (it's only 20mins down the road and couldn't wait for delivery). now if it's anything like any other saturday i've been up the car park is jammed and the shop busier still.

so to my amazement i rolled up at about 3ish, the car park was half empty - nice no hassle bumping someone out of the way . gets inside and it was practically empty, i was in / ordered and paid for a p5q-deluxe and bits / collected and out in 10 mins.

as i left i looked around to check that us punters aren't being used for covert target practice . it was that quiet.

board is in and just got redo the os drive, and was just as well you had those thermalright bolt-thru kits as i would have been in trouble oh and btw customer service was up to it's usual high standards, so congrats and

A lot has changed hasn't it.

I think it's more a case of the new procedures in place within the warehouse and behind the scenes which are speeding things up and as such the queue's can be processed quicker.

Yeah things are now alot quicker, customers are rarely in for more than 10 mins or so.
