    RMA Modular Cable or PSU???

Hi, I bought a NorthQ 850w Black Magic Flex, but one of the modular cables arrived damaged. Do I need to RMA the whole psu or just the cable?

    Cheers.

Re: RMA Modular Cable or PSU???

    Hi infinite,

You'll need to return the entire PSU if you wish to RMA through ourselves, however, as you have likely built your system have you considered speaking with the manufacturer to see if they could ship out a single cable? We don't have spares for that model but the manufcaturer may be happy to send you a cable out as a goodwill gesture.

    Best regards

Re: RMA Modular Cable or PSU???

Well I sent a email to their support yesterday and got a reply today.
Thank you for contacting us regarding your NQ-4775-850-FLEX PSU.

It is very unfortunate that you have experienced a problem with a defective modular SATA cable.

If you could please supply us with your full name and address, I will arrange for a new cable to be send to you.
    +1 for NorthQ

Good service from what is in effect a 'budget' brand. That's saved you a few bob on P&P .
