    Parcel tracking query

    So I was waiting for my delivery and decided to try out the parcel tracking service on Citylink's website. The thing is, according to the site, my parcel was delivered yesterday morning, but I can assure you nothing arrived and there's no "sorry you were out" note either. Should I give it another day and see if it turns up?

    Please contact customer services on 0871 472 47 47 (option 1 then 1 - after 9am) as we need to verify who signed for your goods and where.

    All sorted, turns out they delivered it to the neighbours (because I wasn't in).

    Would have been helpful if they had put a note through the door saying that was the case!
