Want to buy from Scan but have a problem

I've decided to buy my new power supply from you guys, but I've got a problem. I had an account with you but never used it, furthermore, I've forgotten my password.

To make matters worse, the forgotten password part of your log on process is useless to me, as it sends the e-mail to an e-mail address that is no longer in existence.

If I try to register a new account I'm informed that account already exists with the data I put in.

Any help would be greatly received.
