Hello All,
I hope I got this right, and am posting in the right forum. So I bought a NAS from Scan 2/3 months back and it was working fine until the weekend. I turned it on, it booted, but it couldn't be seen anywhere on the network. I can’t access the HTTP Server to check any of the settings. I have tried different hard drives, both using the sata connection and USB port. I have tried booting without a HD to see if I could access the NAS that way, no luck. I have tried the reset button (resets to factory settings) still no luck. My question is, what I can I do from here? I have been buying off the net for a few years now but never had to return anything. Could someone point me in the right direction please?
PS: If someone can suggest a way to fix this, (obviously without voiding the warranty/guarantee) that would be highly appreciated, thanks.

Edit: Ah.. Would I be correct in thinking I have to send this back to raidsonic? Sorry as I said I have never had to return something bought from online.
