XFX 4890 Arrived faulty!

I ordered a 4890 black from scan, and i cant say as soon as i had it all hooked up i switch the pc on, and a smell of burning comes from the top vent of my TJ07, i checked the card and a puff of smoke was coming out of it, i hope it has not done any damage to my system! how can i rma this back to you?

I would take TAKTAK's advise and raise an RMA using the online system.
