It's been along time since I've had to RMA something back but I received a faulty motherboard from Scan.
I contacted you on the 5'th and reported it to you and purchased a replacement because the build had to be done ASAP, the faulty one was picked up on the 6'th and the new one delivered at the same time and got a email today saying that the RMA was accepted as a fault and the refund would be done for me by accounting
