No, it wont work.
ASUS' CPU Support listing doesn't list this processor as being compatible with that barebones unit.
Could someone from scan support comfirm whether this amd processor :

will work with this motherboard before i make the purchase, will save a lot of hassle later on, if things go wrong with compatability.

If you go the motherboard or barebones manufacturers websites and select the item you are interested in they will have a CPU compatibility list.
dont worry already asked scan, will get another motherboard insted
