Change of delivery address

Hi, i've just realised that I've selected my delivery to be sent to my home address tomorrow, not realising that I'm working, would it be possible to change this even though the order has been passed to city link?

I want to change the address to my work address, I would of course sign for it.

The order is up to this stage:

These goods have been scanned at the collection depot and are now on route to the delivery depot.

Can I arrange to have my parcel(s) delivered to a different address?
We receive the delivery address from our Customers, your supplier. If you wish to change the delivery address then you will need to contact your supplier to see if this is possible. If your supplier agrees to change the delivery address then they will inform us of the change and we will act accordingly.

I doubt you'll be able to. Other thing to note is whether the delivery branch for your home and work is the same.

It does get quite complicated, we cannot change the delivery address today, if the new address is handled by the same delivery depot then it should be ok for Monday, if the new delivery address is handled by a different depot a carriage forward fee would be charged.

Best to call our customer support team and discuss the options.

Thanks for getting back to me, I realised how short notice it was so I got my neighbour to sign for it, thanks anyway
