    My order isn't being displayed, help.

    I ordered myself the Today Only Ginward GTX 260 + 3d, batman game etc at £110.39,

    However usually when I order it pops up straight away in an email etc that my order has been placed etc. However it's not even displaying in order history.

    I fear I may have also placed a duplicate order when it should be a single order... silly indeed, I know.

    Is there any way or solving this issue? or should I just wait a few hours for it to appear on your system and cancel one of the orders?

    Depending on when you ordered (if it was sunday, it wont show up until tomorrow) then you should give them a call.

    Yeah, I ordered it a few moments ago, alright cheers. I'll just delete the other order tomorrow, (it's not ment to be sent till wednesday anyways).

    If you suspect you may have placed a duplicate order - please contact the payments team - or customer services thing - first thing monday.

    okay it's been cancled. Well the card anyways,


    If the item is deleted from the basket, how long should I be expecting to wait for the money to be refunding? about 4-5 days ?

    Just a final message to say thank you for sorting it out so quickly.

    I have the refund, and I also have a very nice GPU next to me

    Always recieve 110% everytime from Scan.

    I ordered that card too, and my god, I didn't realise how big it was, at one point I was thinking I might need an angle grinder to get it into my case lol

    My family calls it the brick lol, yeah, I haven't had a chance to use it as Im waiting for the end of the month for all my pc parts to come through, but an offer like that I couldn't miss as Im sure you agree, after all - great minds think alike .

    As always 5/5 from scan.
