Scan closing early?

hello,

I phoned Scan this afternoon (2pm) to sort out an RMA for a faulty motherboard (again). However, I was greeted with the "Our offices are now closed..." message. I thought Scan remained open until 3pm on a Saturday?

The telephone lines close at 2pm on Saturday - but we're open until 4pm for collections.

You can always use the online service to request RMA's etc as well - see my sig for details.

Thanks for the replies, I'll just call again on Monday.

But the automatic message on the phone states the offices are open until 3pm on a Saturday, this is what I was refferring to.
