Out of interest what is difference between the carded manufactures I know XFX has different warranty, but are the likes of HIS, Gigabyte and Sapphire basically exactly the same card as in reference?

Pretty much some may include different stuff "in the box" like HIS has a gamer tool kit or something - screw driver with light and all that stuff etc.
