Just recieved an email from Titan saying the christmas edition Titan Fenrir cooler will be out early December and the v2 1156 bracket for the standard titan fenrir is due to release at the end of the year/at the start of 2010.
Funny I received an e-mail from titan distributors in Germany saying the bracket wpuld be available in the next few days from Scan. Scan are expecting a delivery of the v1 Fenrir 4th November.
the bracket as an individual or in general the titan fenrir?
I think the titan rep was saying about when the v2 will be sold as a whole? and the christmas version.
Would be pretty annoyed if suddenly it comes out on wednesday just bought my cpu cooler.
Here's what he said in his e-mail:
thank you very much for your E-Mail.
Titan Fenrir V2 is at this moment not available. You can buy the bracket TTC-C10 at Scan. It will be available there in the next days.

Anyone from SCAN like to confirm?
Been waiting for this, the stock i5 cooler has an annoying noise.
And I want a nice cooler!
I got this email:
"Thank you very much for the mail and interested in TTC-NK85TZ/V2(RB) CPU
cooler.
This cooler will launch in the end of December but there is a X-Mas Edition,
TTC-NK85TZ/CS(RS) also supports to socket 1156,will be released in the
beginning of Dec. As soon as the red edition is available ,I will let you
know by mail.
Thank you."
We'll have to wait and see I guess.
The TTC-C10 clip is on the products list under LN29425 and should be added to the website shortly as I've just done the overview and information and I'm asking the webteam to release this now.
As such, you'll see it very shortly once it goes live on the website and we have stock available at the present time.
Best Regards,

Best Regards,
If I'm not very much mistaken, my Fenrir came with that part months ago.
lol really? been wanting one for ages, finally give up on it and buy a differnt cooler, next week the bracket comes out.
Got the clip from scan for the 1156 socket. install notes don't mention fitting a backplate. Anyone know if this is correct?
The 1156 fitting kit is very similar to the other socket fittings.
4 screws in from the back of the mobo, and from the other side, the luggs screw into those screws, the plate holding down the heatsink, then the screws to hold the plate down.
Actually, that is a shocking description, but, no, there is no backplate for the 1156.
Many thanks. Thought so.
