Hi,
I made an order yesterday on the scan website, product was in stock and was to be despatched today for delivery tomorrow, so I ordered. I then noticed that by 5pm the order had only got to stage 2 and hadn't been picked, so I called customer service and the guy assured me that the order would be sent out today for delivery tomorrow:
Invoice no: 00E1374942
And then this evening I recieved an email saying my order had been delayed due to unforseen warehouse volumes ect....
I would like to know If I will get this order for thursday now?
I am a little bit annoyed as I am building a system for a customer and it was promised tomorrow hence the reason why I opted to get this product from scan.
Please can you let me know when this will be despatched.
