It hasn't stopped me ordering from Scan (yet) but I do find it incredibly frustrating that once an order has been placed, there is no way to log in and change/amend/cancel the order. Between this, the carbon copy invoices/dispatch notes and the (previous) stock issues that seemed to plague some poeple always made me thing the Scan order system was like a traditional backend Sage system with a very slightly connected website sitting on top.
There is a huge difference between Scan's ordering process and the true etailers out there (Dabs, eBuyer, Amazon etc.)
