    Motherboard revisions & bios

    Hi
I am looking to purchase the following http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Gigab...-Micro-ATX-VGA and wondered if there was any way you could tell me what revision of board you are selling and what bios they ship with.
Looking to pair it with http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/AMD-A...MHz-65W-Retail ordered at the same time and just wanted to check they will work together?
    Thanks
    Robert

    Re: Motherboard revisions & bios

I doubt they can tell you which BIOS and revision it is unless its specifically sold as a new revision etc. However Scan do offer a BIOS upgrade service.
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.

    Re: Motherboard revisions & bios

So what would happen if i ordered the board and cpu at the same time and the board wouldn't support the cpu as if it was running an old bios\revision (i assume that with scans turn over in boards that it wouldbe an upto date revision running an upto date bios)
