GTX 460 incorrectly pointing to Hexus reviews

    Just a heads-up ...

I noticed all of the new GTX 460s are listed as having reviews on Hexus when only LN34476 should have that link/graphic.
My only concern is should I hide my true identity? A costume maybe?

0iD: Plus weeing in it every now & again does it good
scaryjim: 10" is just a little large to hold comfortably in one hand, which makes it a lot harder to tap, swipe and generally interact with.

Re: GTX 460 incorrectly pointing to Hexus reviews

They're all the same though aren't they, all the cards from the various manufacturers, just the same card with a different shirt on in most cases.

As such, they'll all link to the review so people can see how the GTX 460 series compare to the other cards available, but any prices linked will only be to like for like items

    Best Regards,

Really? Different clock speeds, cooling solutions, etc? As shown on other review sites, there are differences in performance, power usage, noise, and so on. No, they aren't the same.

Edit: I see the links are gradually being removed now

All the overclocked editions have been removed leaving the stock reference cards linked to this now

    Well that's a start

Will the LN34396 Asus GTX 460 with its custom cooling solution give me any performance advantage over the stock LN34476 EVGA design as it costs at least 10% more? Can't tell from the review you're linking to as the product isn't mentioned.

You don't appear to do this for other products you sell - you link to reviews of specific products.

I posted the thread as I thought there'd been a mistake that needed correcting. I'm bewildered that Scan would prefer to mislead potential purchasers - that can't be right surely?

Re: GTX 460 incorrectly pointing to Hexus reviews

If LN 34396 has the custom cooler, then performance will be better than reviewed, I would only say it's misleading if the linked card, gives lower performance than the linked review.
